"This place has clearly fallen into disrepair. The pool was completely empty other than a puddle of mud at the bottom and the walls were filthy. There were damp marks on the walls in the bedrooms. The host initially promised a refund and then denied this as soon as we'd checked out. A total waste of money and time. Don't make the same mistake we did, you'd have less heartache throwing the money in the drain! "

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

"We totally recommmend this property. We went there with friends and children and they could play outside without security issues, the property was exquisitely decorated, very clean and with a lot of space overall. The kitchen had all you could need and we were a group of 8 and never ran out of anything! The bbq and fireplace area is fantastic. Thanks so much for a marvellous stay!"

"What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel."
