"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms are big for European standards. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, pleasant and courteous staff who gave excellent service through and through. Would stay here when in Madrid again. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way! Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. "
