The unit we were given was not the same one we had seen in the picture. It didn't even appear in a photo. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. And the shower drain was clogged. We tried to let someone know but there was no answer. Communication is very poor.

All check in and out process are do it by myself. All the communication with the property staffs are by email. Location is not close to the city, but you can find the metro station by walking 5 minutes. A little bit confuse when I get the key but I don't have any guide to find my room. Room is clean, large and well equipped.

Central to Madrid city within walking distance to main attractions and shopping. Lots of food options nearby and very short walk to Chueca metro. Apartment is super clean and kitchen is well equipped with cooking facilities. Love the customer service given right after booking - from keeping us updated with simple check-in/out info to quick response to our queries! Highly recommended for staying here.
