The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. This is not a luxury hotel (and it doesn't claim to be!) but it was ideal for the price point it has a few snags but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

La llegada se complica si no hay alguien que me ayude, nunca me llego el link para registrarme entonces no tenía código para entrar y el nuer teléfono del correo no funciona, de no ser por un vecino que llegó y si tenía el número correcto no hubiera podido entrar
