Penthouse on a fantastic country estate, the historic building still has details that make it an architectural gem, wonderful portal wooden ceilings, the doors to the apartments all the time, exterior balconies, provide the estate for their site characteristics and a unique place to enjoy the stay

The apartment, newly renovated, is really welcoming, consists of a master bedroom with double bed, very bright and spacious, en suite with shower and finishes of very good quality.

A second bathroom with washing machine and shower column, to make even more comfortable stay in the house.

Open kitchen by a wonderful arch, which gives more space and light. The very spacious and comfortable kitchen has oven, fridge-freezer, hob, a very large counter where you can be cooking a pleasure.

Living room with sofa bed of 1.40m, open to the kitchen and the living room adjacent to the living room, TV with Freeview, tables and chairs, another sofa decorate the apartment and give you the warmth needed to make you feel at home.

Complement the apartment and the building, WiFi (coming soon), glazed without noise or loss of temperature, heating, lift, access disabled friendly portal and other services.

We are in the center of Madrid, in the famous Barrio de Salamanca, known for hosting the Golden Mile of Madrid. The best shops of the best brands, the best restaurants and the most chic places to shop in Madrid are around our house. Just a few minutes walk.

Nearby and the location of the building makes it something unique, as it is very close to museums, monuments and the Metro line is three stops from the Puerta del Sol. The Archaeological Museum is very close to the apartment and is 20 minutes walk from the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Museo del Prado.

Ideal location for walking, jogging, paddle a little pond in the Retiro Park, located directly opposite.

The apartment is located in the vicinity of O'Donnell Street and 5 minutes from the Velazquez and Calle Serrano, here we can find the best brands of clothing in the world, distinguished restaurants in the capital

Tired and neglected

The property is very tired and neglected. Things like none of the blinds work (essential when you are overlooked), two broken coffee pots, lights that flicker, noisy fridge in bedroom, badly fitting/secured front door. I could go on.... Basically poorly maintained. Management company were not interested. However the place was spotlessly clean!

Muy buena zona, muy buen servicio por parte de la persona que nos atendio para darnos las llaves. Limpieza correcta y muy comodo tener dos baños. Creo que hace falta un micro-hondas en la cocina. El TDT del salon funcionaba muy mal y y los peques se molestaban porque no podian ver dibujos.
