The space
The apartment is divided in a living-room, with couch and tv, a dining-room and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has 2 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. It's a very warm and cozy space ideal for any kind of stay.

Located in Lavapies, the last-trend district of the capital, with many restaurants, bars and shops.
You can walk to most points of interest from Lavapies. Within 5-10 you can get all kinds of restaurants and shops, Sol is just 10 minutes walk away, and with 15-20 minutes you can reach all the center interesting spots.
Therefore you can do most of your discoveries walking, if you wish to take public transport, you have the meters of Lavapiés, La Latina and Tirso de Molina, Puerta de Toledo, Acacias, or even Ambassadors. All within 5-7 minutes.

* Please be respectful inside the apartment but also outside with residents and common areas. No parties or events, please be careful about the noise.

* CHECK IN TIME:

- Dispose of garbage in provided bags with closing strips, and take down when container is font building at night after 7pm.
- Maximum occupancy 5 people
- Late checkin fee after 22:00 pm of 30 euros.
- Late checkin fee after 12am (midnight) of 50 euros.
