HOW TO MOVE
Communications:- BUS.- More than 10 EMT bus lines pass through Castellana and Bravo Murillo, connecting with the four cardinal points of the city. Also the night bus, which runs when the metro closes, passes a 2-minute walk from the apartment.- METRO.- There are 3 Metro stations very close: Valdeacederas (Line 1), it is the closest one connects with the historic center, 5 minutes walk is Cuzco (Line 10) and also 5 minutes away is Plaza de Castilla (Lines 1 -9-10).- INTERCAMBIADOR.- The Plaza de Castilla Interchange, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, connects the intercity bus lines that They enter Madrid via the Burgos A-1 road and the Colmenar M-607 road, Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 and several EMT bus lines. It also has a rotating public car park with 400 spaces.- TRAIN.- Chamartín Station is about 15/18 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers both commuter train service to the north of Madrid as well as long distance services. It has a shopping center, gym, restaurants and car rental offices.- PARKING.- The area is full of public car parks, also in the building you can rent a parking space on request (see the rates BETWEEN € 90 / € 110, depending on size and location). We also have an agreement with Parking Bielmir with low cost prices from € 8 / day for full weekends or European Parking SL the parking in front of the Court, at the price of € 19 per day.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
