Excellent location to walk around the Center of Madrid, too many places to eat, enterteainment and shop. The rooms and the price are very recommended for the tourists that don't want to waste their time in a hotel room and just need to recover after a productive day!

Great location; central to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Communication via WhatsApp was GREAT! Able to leave bags before checkin and after checkout which made it nice for arrival and departure. Madrid is so hot in the summer and their AC was a lifesaver! I like the coffee kettle, I like the neighbours who are quiet. The building is at a convenient location which let you visit a lot of landmark in a morning. You are also enjoy a night at your room, be careful not all room includes balcony. The view is out of a window.

Very centrally located. Caretaker Ramon was very friendly. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was newly remodeled. Being on a quiet back street, it did attract homeless people though we never felt unsafe. The room could have had a garbage can other than in the bathroom.
