Parties and noise that disturbs other residents in neighboring apartments are not permitted; doing so will result in eviction without a refund of the amount paid. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Take out the trash after 10:00 p.m. Check-in hours: Please note that check-in outside the established hours of 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. will incur a 25 surcharge until 11:00 PM; from 11:00 PM until 2:00 AM, there will be a 50 surcharge. Guests are required to pay a 250 security deposit to cover potential damages, which will be charged to a credit card upon arrival and refunded to the same card.
