The lower level features a spacious living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, and microwave, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs. A bathroom is also located on this level for extra comfort.
The upper level is a bright and airy open space featuring a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Set slightly apart, a single bed that converts into a double bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements. A dedicated workspace with a desk makes this the perfect setup for work or study. A second bathroom, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, adds to the convenience.

The property is located in the Fuente del Berro neighbourhood within the Salamanca district of Madrid.
Several public transportation stops are nearby, making it easy to access different parts of the city. The Goya metro station, serving lines 2 and 4, is just a 4-minute walk away. Additionally, the Casa de la Moneda and Doctor Esquerdo-Goya bus stops are located 3 and 4 minutes away on foot, respectively.
The area offers convenient shopping and dining options, such as El Corte Inglés in Goya, a major department store located approximately 700 meters away. Traditional markets like Mercado Municipal de Torrijos and Mercado Municipal de Ibiza are also within a kilometre of the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
