Is excellent location in the middle of Madrid Gran via , you got the train station walking distance to all the main attractions.and ulises great hosts

Even though the area of the hotel was right in the center of Madrid. There was however several mishaps such as being charged $100 to have access to the room, lights, and much more. Another one was that in the bathroom you could see the insulation, it wasn’t fully done. Lastly, whenever we would use the bathroom it would be very loud. Wasn’t the best hotel, but a good location. There were some Parts in the room where it was just dirty and not very clean, could’ve been better. Not coming back

The only complaint is that it’s situated in a busy pedestrian street and it quite noisy at night. But it was well situated close to everything.

I was put into a different hostel, upstairs from Fuencarral Rooms. The room was okay, but the sheets and towels had a very strong detergent smell, and left me feeling oily and gross, as if they're not properly rinsed when washed. The shower drain wasn't fitted properly and had a sharp corner sticking up which I nearly cut my foot on more than once. My view was terrible, facing an airway and other windows. Overall not a great place to stay, but the location was very convenient on a busy pedestrian street, and I felt safe, so it wasn't awful

Todo genial. Me había hospedado siempre en hoteles, pero me ha encantado este hostal, moderno, limpio, cómodo y silencioso. Perfecto para descansar. Todo el centro a 2 minutos. Volveremos sin duda

Perfecto!! Muy limpio, seguro y tranquilo. A pesar de estar en una calle concurrida fue lo mejor de este lugar, muchas tiendas wn la planta baja. Y lo mejor sus empleados tanto la chica como " nuestro querido" ULISES. GRACIAS POR TODO! volveremos 🇩🇴

Hotel is nice and in good location, but it has a ridiculous policy that no visitors are allowed. That policy should be clearly stated when you are booking a room. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Spain, we would come into the room to grab something or use the restroom and they kicked my daughter out every time. Stating that no visitors are allowed, never have I ever stayed at an hotel with that policy.
