HOW TO MOVE AROUND
You have everything you need at walking distance. You also have lots of great public transportation options such as the Gran Vía metro station (2 minutes walking) with two different metro lines (1
5) that you can use to visit other parts of the city that you may want to see. You also have the Tribunal metro station close by (7 minutes) which also has two lines (10
1) as well. There are bus stops located on practically every block on Gran Vía Street. Taxis are also everywhere (basically 24/7 because of the central location).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
