Good value for money. The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and spacious but a bit tired. Quiet, on 3rd floor but good lift.The area is great, small local bars and restaurants, interesting indoor market close by, lively but not rowdy. Good jazz bar close.Easy walk to all art galleries and city sites

Very conveniently located to everything! As in everything! Clean apartment. Perfect for a family of 4. Water pressure is strong. Privacy is superb. You don't bump into anyone in the elevator. Feels like you have the building to yourself. Wish there is a clothes rack in the unit and more hangers, though.

La casa non è male ma non curata, non puoi lasciare coperte tagliate con le piume da fuori,inutilizzabili. Il divano è sporco, nel bagno si gela, il letto della camera cigola ad ogni minimo movimento. Abbiamo chiesto consiglio su dove cenare ma nessuna risposta. Bisognasaperli affittare gli appartamenti. Due notti insonni con pazzi che suonavano al citofono gridando, un incubo, quasi un infarto ci è venutoDulciinfundo

Je ne recommande pas Le confort de la literie ainsi que du canapé est horrible on avait tout le temps mal au dosL’électricité saute toujours dès qu’on allume le chauffage il faisait froid et on peut pas ouvrir les volets si non il se bloquait

Buon appartamento nel quartiere lavapies praticamente a pochi passi da plaza real e puerta del sol. Comodo anche con la stazione autobus di Atocha dove fa capolinea Airport express.Abbiamo raggiunto tutte le principali attrazioni comodamente a piedi.consigliato

We love the apartamento, wonderful location, almost all points of interest are at walking distance. Just put new batteries in the remote control and fix the curtain bars in the master bedroom. Apart from that a grest apartment.

Stayed with my daughter for a weekend. Located conveniently in walking distance to Plaza Mayor and many other places in the center. One of the best rated tapas restaurants is literally across the street (Taberna El Sur). We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check-in with no problems. The communication with the property manager was prompt, friendly and informative. Would recommend this place for sure.
