Great location. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet.

We had a good stay. I appreciate that it was very clean, and had a private bathroom for each room. The digital key was source of stress because we had to make sure of saving battery charge & good internet connection to be able to get in. The slider on the website to open the door needed different tries to work properly and open the street doors. It is a small place. I would get rid of all those decorative cushions. Cabinets/closets are hard to use, there is no room to lay open suitcases.

Hay mejores sitios en Madrid

Mi tercera estadía y mi sexto sitio donde me alojo en Madrid. No pudimos dejar las maletas, nos dijeron que habían trabajos de mejoras y que para nosotros no era posible guardar las maletas antes del Check in. Por suerte pudimos guardarlas en otro sitio que alquiló mi hermano donde sí estaban anuentes a resolver-ayudar. El espacio es realmente limitado en las habitaciones, no hay donde colocar las maletas, si las pones en el suelo abiertas ya no pasas. El baño se tapó el desague, por lo que al bañarse se derramó el agua mojando el cuarto. Reportarmos esto, mandaron un chico de mantenimiento que no solo no lo reparó, sino que daño el rodapie, entró con botas sucias al reguero de agua, por lo que dejó las toallas que tuvimos que colocar en el suelo para detener el agua llenas de tierra, y de paso, todo el microapartamento lo mojó por estar entrando y saliendo. La ubicación no era tan céntrica, y en la plaza del frente hay muchos indigentes todo el día. Encontramos una vecina observando hacia dentro del apartamento, como que los vecinos no están muy contentos con el alquiler y no se siente uno cómodo. Relación precio calidad no está para nada de acuerdo.
