HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT
-From the Airport: You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33, or take the metro:
Take Line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 towards Tribunal.
-From Tribunal, walk a few minutes to the apartment address.
-From Atocha Station: Take Line 1 and get off at Tribunal. From there, walk a few minutes to the apartment.
-From Chamartín Station: Take Line 1 and get off at Tribunal. Then walk a few minutes to the apartment address.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking lots. Please check the Madrid City Council website for environmental restrictions and permitted parking.
GETTING AROUND
All city center y walking distance and there are also several nearby metro stations and bus stops.
Tribunal Metro: Lines 1 and 10. You can reach Puerta del Sol in just 3 stops.
Noviciado Metro: Line 2. Direct connection to Ópera station and other key points in the city.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
