The kitchen area is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It also comes fully stocked with crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you can feel right at home.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment also includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

The apartment’s decoration has been thoughtfully designed and it has been completely renovated, featuring exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Noble materials were also used, such as antique wooden doors sourced from a historic palace in Toledo.

GETTING AROUND
You can walk to any area of the city centre, but there are also several nearby metro stations as well as buses.

To get to the apartment:
From the Airport:You can reach the apartment by taxi, with a fixed rate of €33, or by metro: Take Line 8 from the airport and transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 until Tribunal station, then transfer again to Line 1, which will take you to Tirso de Molina station. You'll need to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro Line 1 to Tirso de Molina.
From Chamartín Station:Take Line 10 to Tribunal, then transfer to Line 1 to Tirso de Molina.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking facilities. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.

Tenants must present a valid form of identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
