The area where the apartment is located is very quiet and you can find different terraces where you can have a drink and relax. You will have several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also, if you are going to travel by train from the Atocha station, you can walk directly. Perfectly connected to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía stops and a pleasant walk from them.
The Reina Sofía Museum is only a 12-minute walk away and the Retiro Park is 20 minutes away.
The Atocha station is a 15-minute walk away, the Arte metro station is a few minutes away on foot.
