GETTING AROUND
You can walk to many places of interest, but you also have the option of using public transport.Metro: The two nearest metro stops are Alto de Extremadura line 6 and Lucero line 6.
To get to the flat:
From the Airport: You can get there by taxi, with a fixed rate of 33 €, or come by metro. Take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, change to line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to C/ de los Sagrados Corazones, 9.
From Atocha station:From Atocha walk to Palos de la Frontera station, transfer to line 3 at Argüelles, line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to the flat.
From Chamartín station: From Chamartín take line 1 to Cuatro Caminos, transfer to line 6 to Alto de Extremadura and walk to the flat.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby car parks. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions, as well as permitted parking.
TO BEAR IN MIND
There is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The auxiliary room of the duplex has a staircase that may not be completely safe for children.
Only temporary bookings are allowed, not short stays.
The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property is NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.
Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the booking you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your booking.
Cots are available for hire subject to availability for an extra charge on request. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or any kind of party.
Smoking is not permitted inside the flat.
For bookings of 28 nights and over, electricity and gas consumption is not included in the price.
Please note that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you have made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the flat will be ready for your check-in before 17:30.
