The Charming Barrio de las Letras is located in the best area of Madrid! You can go to all the places walking, without having to take any means of transport. Plaza Santa Ana is a couple of minutes walk away, and Puerta del Sol is about 5 minutes away.

The Barrio de Las Letras, where the apartment is located, is a quiet area with restricted car traffic only for the owners of the area. It is a fascinating area where numerous restaurants and terraces offer passers-by numerous tapas and drinks.

The Prado Museum is just a 10-minute walk away, the Gran Vía another 10 minutes... you'll be in the center of everything! In fact, for many people from Madrid, the Barrio de las Letras would be an ideal place to live.





HOW TO MOVE

We recommend you to walk to all the places, since you are in the center of all the attractions, but if you still want to take a metro or train, you have the following options less than 300 meters away:

-Puerta del Sol metro and commuter station (lines 1, 2 and 3)-Anton Martin metro station (line 1)



TO CONSIDER

-There are cots for rent available for €30 / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-In this accommodation you cannot celebrate bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties.

-For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will be included up to €50, after that amount they will be borne by the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
