Stunning duplex attic located just a few meters from the iconic Plaza del Sol in Madrid (1 min), Plaza Mayor (5 min) and Opera (5 min), a great transport hub to move around the city.

The apartment has a large living-dining room and open-plan kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom and a small sitting room. The entire house has air conditioning, except for the bedroom on the lower floor.

This accommodation is offered for short-term rental for justified temporary stays. Priority is given to guests travelling for work, studies, medical treatment, specialized training or any other temporary displacement in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Law. It is available only on certain dates, as the owner uses the property in other seasons.
