Bad bit first, checked in at 3 only to find my rooms not been cleaned but found a staff member so easily sorted. Could do with shampoo soap shower gel etc and a decent sized bin. Location great. The lift is pretty cool.

The property is filled with black mold. Itā€™s all over the room and bathroom. The bathroom door does not close and the property states there is AC but the AC is broken and we were not told this at all. The safe in the room was broken as well.

Meh. Itā€™s a room. Frills? Nah. AC? I mean itā€™s there, but you canā€™t set it. View? The inside of a patio. Stuffy? Yes. If you need a place with four walls and a roof, this is it. If you need ANYTHING else, pay a bit more. You ended up just walking out my last day and getting a nice hotel. On a scale of somewhere between sleeping on a metro bench and a high end hotel. I would never do again. But maybe your needs are ok of you just need a place to stay. Ooh, and donā€™t expect to communicate with the hotel. They pride themselves on ignoring your messages.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this place was so disappointing I felt I needed to. Didnā€™t get my checkin email, had to ring the morning I was due to checkin chasing it. Lift didnā€™t work. Room floor was dusty & obviously hadnā€™t been cleaned properly. Shower room was far too small, hardly any room between wall & toilet to be able to access it comfortably. Blinds didnā€™t keep out light & corridor light streamed in from around the door as it didnā€™t fit snuggly into the door jam.

When I arrived in the room, the electricity was not connected. It was only restored the following morning. While taking a shower, water started dripping from the ceiling, and there was also a leak spreading into the bedroom next door. No helpful communication at all; on the contrary, the replies on WhatsApp were evasive, and when I pointed it out, they deleted the message

No es un lugar nada recomendable, es muy caro para lo que ofrecen, tiene un ascensor antiguo diminuto que no funciona, las habitaciones son pequeƱas y viejas. La limpieza deja mucho que desearā€¦ Los cojines y las toallas estaban sucios . No hay papel higiĆ©nico, ni jabĆ³n de manos. Se escucha todo el ruido de la calle ( hay clubs en esa misma calle )

Im Bad Ć¼berall Schimmel, die "Ablage" hat sich aus den letzten Silikonfugen gelƶst, benutzen konnte man diese sowieso nicht. Das Bett war nicht einmal 140, was fĆ¼r zwei Erwachsene untragbar ist, geschweigedenn gab es keine Polster, in der Nacht konnte man die Ratten in der Zwischendecke nagen hƶren, die Lampen hingen zur HƤlfte aus ihren Fugen raus. Wenn man das nicht verputzt Fenster ƶffnet, schaut man direkt in einen Mini Bereich dort liegen dann Zigarettenstummel ohne Ende, die sich im Einklang mit Taubenexkrementen befinden. Die Duschwand funktionierte nicht, der Wasserhahn spritze in alle Richtungen, Shampoo und Duschgel gab es sowieso nicht. Und zu guter letzte sollte man erwƤhnen, dass die "EingangstĆ¼re", war einfach nur ein Holzbrett, 5cm Ć¼ber dem Boden aufhƶrte, so schien immer das Licht herein, man hƶrte jedes Wort das um einen herum gesprochen wurde und das sogenannte Codepad war das "Schloss" welches die TĆ¼re versperrte, war der gleiche Code wie bei der EingangstĆ¼re wo alle hinein kƶnnen und der einzige Mechanismus zum AbschlieƟen dieses Holzbretts, war der Code, kein zusƤtzliches Schloss, nichts, absolut gar nichts. Nie nie wieder, diese "Unterkunft" sollte schlieƟen mĆ¼ssen. Wir sind nach zwei NƤchten in ein Hotel umgezogen.

Es un lugar demasiado incĆ³modo, fue una experiencia muy mala, demasiado ruido, huele a humedad, no tiene jabĆ³n, shampoo, no hacen aseo diariamente, es muy difĆ­cil que no haya personal, pues no hay control del ruido y las personas se comportan de manera muy desordenada, inicialmente me ubicaron en un cuarto, justo al lado de la lavadora y secadora, el ruido Mercado de San AgustĆ­n insoportable, luego me trasladaron a una habitaciĆ³n aĆŗn mĆ”s pequeƱa por el reclamo que realice, aĆŗn asĆ­ no fue cĆ³modo y encima de todo, estoy tres dĆ­as y no hacen aseo, porque son sus polĆ­ticas. El servicio vs el costo, nada que ver muy malo, por ese precio se pueden encontrar mejores hospedajes en Madrid. La ubicaciĆ³n es muy buena, pero es lo Ćŗnico bueno, las camas pequeƱas. Terrible experiencia. Hasta hoy ha Sido mi Ćŗnica mala experiencia en Europa. No le recomendarĆ­a este hospedaje a nadie y creo que Hoteles.com deberĆ­a hacer una revisiĆ³n mas a detalle de lo que publican en su pagina, pues estoy completamente decepcionado con este mal lugar para hospedarse

Tiene una excelente ubicaciĆ³n. La estaciĆ³n del metro plaza EspaƱa a escasos pasos. El sector muy seguro, pues hay una estaciĆ³n de policĆ­a contigua. Ideal para parejas o una sola persona. El Ćŗnico aspecto a mejorar es la comunicaciĆ³n, hasta el Ćŗltimo dĆ­a antes del viaje, me dieron las indicaciones para las llaves virtuales. Por lo demĆ”s es una buena elecciĆ³n con respecto a calidad precio
