"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "Winsome View was incredibly nice. We mingled hiking at nearby Hanging Rock State Park with sitting outside enjoying the pastoral surroundings. Unfortunately, Mother Nature did have her say but the hosts did everything possible that, rain or shine, we had a relaxing and enjoyable visit. I, particularly, enjoyed “exploring” the surrounding fields and woods. From all the amenities, it is obvious that Laurel and Jason know how to entertain. We’d like to return…"
