"This property delivers more than it looks like it would from the outside. The entire place seemed clean and the room was extremely clean - I know because I clean with clorox wipes myself and found minimal dust or dirt. The beds were unusually comfortable for a property in this price range and we slept well in a quiet environment. It looked like the bathrooms had been fairly recently updated and the water pressure in the shower was good. The carpet in the sleeping area definitely needs to be replaced and it was noticeably frayed where it met the hard floor of the entrance. However it looked clean enough. The AC worked well and was quiet. If you need total darkness to sleep this place will not work for you though - they have an odd kind of blind on the window with every other slat being see through so that car lights were visible all night and would have probably been worse on lower floors. There was no black out curtain of any sort to pull over the window. It didn't really bother us but could be a problem for some folks. Staff were very helpful in meeting our needs for the type and location of our room and were friendly and helpful throughout our short one night stay including the cleaning crew. Breakfast was very typical of what would be expected - typical mix of hot and cold foods but what we ate was good and quickly replenished when needed. This place exceeded our expectations for a modest, clean, quiet environment at this price point and we would stay here again. "
