"i have stayed in many cheaper motels and hotels and this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. the lady who checked us in asked for my credit card, charged me when i had already paid online, without any explaining of what she was doing. once i asked why she needed my credit card she told me my initial payment had declined. i showed her that she had double charged me and i was met with attitude instead of problem solving. after a lot of back and forth, she showed me a paper and i realized she had confused me with someone else. even though i had already given her my ID. she apologized and refunded me. but honestly i'm still blown away by her lack of customer service skills and critical thinking. the bed was dirty and stained, the pillows were the size of throw pillows and were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep all night. the air conditioner in the room was incredibly loud. when we checked out the hallway was flooded with water from their ice machine, and the free breakfast was apples and orange juice. i booked this stay because of the good reviews and i'm honestly shocked as to how this place has any good reviews at all. do your self a favor and literally stay anywhere else at all."
