"This downtown hotel is our favorite place to stay in Madison. The location is incredibly convenient and it has many wonderful amenities, including a restaurant and bar, shuttle service around town and to the airport, and a swimming pool. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. They had a wedding party leaving and returning to the hotel, but we never heard them. The only thing I would change is how other people parent their children, but that isn't something the hotel could control although they cleaned up after them several times to keep it nice for the rest of the guests. The pool and hot tub were very nice and breakfast was full of options. "

"I found the staff to be extremely helpful. I had to check out before 5:15 am to catch an early flight and one of the staff members offered to set up the coffee service for me, even though it was over an hour before they normally serve breakfast, so I could grab a cup of coffee on my way out. It was a small thing but it made my day! Next time I’m in Madison I’ll be staying here. 🤗"
