"I enjoyed my stay here, and found the room adequate, and the grounds pleasant enough. I enjoyed the fact that it was right next-door to a Denny’s, and if I go back, I will definitely try out Denny’s. But I probably will skip this hotel next time, because it is not as close to the University of Texas area as I would like to be. It’s also very near the freeway, which means it’s less enjoyable to stroll outside. Otherwise, not a bad choice."

"Pulled up and had to walk all around the building to check in and than take 2 elevators to get to room and only 1 was working in actual hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Nobody at front desk . Breakfast was good, great location"

The location is one of its biggest strengths — it’s close to several parks and green spaces, including the trails along Lady Bird Lake, which are just a short walk away. It’s also very convenient to the highway, making it easy to get in and out of the city without hassle. Because it’s near the Rainey Street and downtown bar areas, there is some noise at night, but the neighborhood still feels safe and walkable, even for solo travelers. If you want to be close to the action, this is a great spot. Valet parking is very expensive, but it’s also extremely convenient if you don’t want to deal with downtown parking yourself. Overall, the hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable — a good place to stay if you want easy access to Austin’s parks, nightlife, and major roads."

"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."
