"Excellent value for money. Comfortable rooms, clean, safe and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good too. I stored my bags here safely for 4 days whilst I went on a safari too. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a secure entrance / exit, and you can walk to shops and restaurants safely. Highly recommended"

"The rooms are incredibly small, but for one person traveling just for a few days it is perfectly adequate. Even though the rooms are small the fact that it is so close to the train station, shopping malls, and other amenities makes it a great place to stay. Also, the breakfast is wonderful. "

"This property is located in a great place for a short stay in Johannesburg. It is basically next to a huge mall where you can spend the day shopping and dining. It is next to the Nelson Mandela square (there is an exit door from the hotel) where you can admire art or take a picture with a tall statue of Nelson Mandela. We only stayed two nights in Johannesburg and then continued our trip. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the "Hop on Hop off" tourist bus, which is a great way to get an overview of Johannesburg. We never even got off the bus. Da Vinci hotel is an upscale hotel, clean with great service. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Johannesburg."
