Amazing, friendly and very helpful stuff. The manager Andrea was very helpful and pleasant. I traveled alone, and it was my first time in this area. He helps me with everything (shops, food, renting, entertainment, restaurants, busses and etc) Great location near the lift to ski or just to go around on the middle of the mountain and grab some drinks and food. Breakfast was great and dinner room is very comfortable. Guys in the bar and dinner room was very professional, helpful and friendly. I took a small single room, but I had a place for a luggage and all my clothes. Very quiet place. They also have an amazing and super clean spa with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish sauna and breathtaking massage from Michelle 😍

Esperienza molto positiva

Siamo stati molto contenti, accogliente, personale molto disponibile e simpatico, comodo per sciare, possibilità di posteggio auto al coperto, molto comodo. Gli impianti di risalita si potrebbe potenziarlio meglio modernizzare. In un giorno e mezzo non abbiamo visto molto del paese, ma quel poco siamo stati veramente bene.

eine stil- und geschmackvolle Perle

das kleine Zimmer, das noch für mich frei war, hat viel Charme. Der Speiseraum ist voller Eleganz und Behaglichkeit. Das Personal kümmert sich um alles, ist hilfsbereit, fachlich versiert, außerordentlich freundlich und passt einfach zu diesem Haus. Da war nichts aufgesetzt, sondern alles sehr echt und warmherzig. Das Abendmenü konnte aus jeweils drei Möglichkeiten zusammengestellt werden, es war sehr delikat und dennoch preiswert. Ich war froh, dass ich mich dazu entschlossen habe und dass ich nicht zu einen der vielen Pizzerias in dem Dorf gegangen bin.

Aufenthalt war einfach super ,für uns alles perfek

Wir würden kein besseres Hotel finden. Diese Vermieter sind einfach hilfsbereit , grosszügig, warmherzig, liebevoll etc. etc. Schon die vielen, vielen Blumen ums Hotel herum strahlt Ruhe und Zufriedenheit aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauern es dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Wir werden alles unseren Freunden und Bekannten erzählen. Die grosse Überraschung war noch am Morgen. Wir mussten früh abfahren die Dame des Hauses war extra früh aufgestanden und hat uns ein liebevolles Frühstück extra gemacht plus Capucino. Wir hoffen dass wir wieder einmal dieses Hotel und besonders diese Vermieter besuchen können. Vielen Dank und freundlich grüsst Margrit Winterberger und Erna von Flüe

Tutti bene tranne la cena

Albergo ben mantenuto e in ottima posizione per gli impianti da sci. Camere molto piccole ma rifatte, letto un pó corto. Pessima esperienza con la cena, forse abbiamo trovato una serata sbagliata ma il cibo era poco cotto e mal presentato. Tornerei ma non con la mezza pensione. Comodo il deposito sci. Non ho provato la SPA ma sembrava bella.

Posizione strategica e ottima area wellness

Albergo carino, di fronte gli impianti. Ottima l'area wellness e la possibilità di parcheggio proprio a 2 passi dall'ovovia. Skiroom separata comoda per non arrecare disturbo agli altri ospiti. Buona la colazione. Personale molto cortese. Attenzione durante la prenotazione: le camere 'very small' hanno letti a castello o lettini separati e sono graziose ma molto piccole.
