"We stayed here for a week with our two young children (6&9) Check in was excellent and our contact for the entire stay was extremely helpful Location is great for visiting all the lovely beaches within 20 minute drive We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time in this large, picturesque house with swimming pool in the Sardinia hills. Owner Olivia is super friendly, knows a lot about the area, and is always around the house in the apartment below to answer questions and for small talk and/or to make reservations at nice restaurants. Location is about 20 minutes out from Santa Teresa and the nearest beach is about 10 minutes away. House is spacious with two single beds, and matrimonial beds otherwise. We had a great time!"

"We love this villa- it has charm, wonderful views from several locations inside and outside, a wonderful pool area and immediate vicinity (within walking distance) to several very good restaurants. This is the third time we have stayed in the villa, and we will come back again!"

"We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. "This gorgeous villa is ideal for family stays. It has four spacious bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace overlooking a stunning view. We particularly appreciated the Gallurese stones adorning the garden and the facade. The nearby village, San Pantaleo is perfect for summery nights out. Even though it’s located in the country side, it’s just a short drive from most of the popular beaches in the area."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. The other unsettling feature is that there are surveillance...

Auch der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und schön. Praktisch war, dass wir das Auto im Schatten unter einem großen Carport parken konnten. Zum schönen, kleinen Ort San Pantaleo sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und man kann dort gut einkaufen oder etwas essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariachiara war immer...

"5 stars all around! Matt is an amazing host. The location is less than 10 minutes from all major attractions. The pool is amazing and the sunrises and sunsets are out of this world. Truly look for weed to staying here again next summer"

Great stay at Ma&Ma

"Very good hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Booking in was professional and efficient. Pool area and gardens were lovely to sit out in. Room was high standard, we had a small issue with the electricity going off, but the staff sorted this. My only gripe is that although I appreciate two free bottles of water a day, for a hotel doing that to every room is so much wastage. Install a filtered water machine in the corridor, everyone has a bottle these days. So much wastage and would make the hotel more eco friendly. "

"The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "
