"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. "I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had to tell the towels guy about the pictures so they are aware."

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "
