"Firstly, the position of the apartment is perfect for the beach, just 2km from the old town of Bosa and a nice base place for visiting Nuraghe etc.. Great views because it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). It's also nice and spacious and light and the kitchen is nicely set up with a great oven. However, there are a lot of issues with the apartment at the moment which basically make it unrentable. Michael, the owner was very polite in his email replies which we appreciated and has explained that...

"The house was very clean, comfortable, and stylish. Enso helped us with all our requests and provided an overview of the property. The property was not the entire house as Enso lives upstairs and it did not seem so private as I was hoping based on the description of the property. But the downstairs unit and the location were worth the trip from Cagliari."

La casa ha stanze ampie dotate di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono estramente gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo acqua fresca e frutta. Avendo un bimbo di due anni di sono premurati anche di mettere le protezioni alle prese, ci hanno fatto trovare seggiolone, piscinetta e braccioli....

"La casa come da descrizione, grande e funzionale . Ottima la veranda che ci ha permesso di consumare tutti i pasti in tranquillità. Niente zanzare e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di accendere il condizionatore. Il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Il mare e le spiagge intorno che già conoscevamo sempre molto belle. Mangiato ottime pizze nel lungo mare Da Rino. Ottima gelateria in paese . Unica nota negativa, i parcheggi troppo cari !!!!!"

"De ligging is prima vlakbij het strand, een ruim terras met voldoende schaduw. Het huis is goed onderhouden en er zijn een aantal interessante sites in de omgeving. Wat ons wel erg stoorde is het gebrek aan comfort. In het huis 4 harde stoelen aan een tafel. Wel een TV, maar geen enkele zetel, sofa. Buiten moet je het ook stellen met 4 plastic zitstoelen,geen enkele relax of strandstoel."

"A lovely small town with friendly local people. The apartment has a great location with a seaview from the terrace and it's just 5 mins from the beach and restaurants. It has enough kitchen equipment. You will need a car if you want to get to the supermarket or to travel to a different town/ village as public transport is limited. The owner is quick in replying and pleasant in communication. In general, a great place if you are looking for a peace and quiet on your holiday. "
