We never felt crowded or trying to make room for anyone. Jennifer was very responsive and informative to answer any of the questions we had. "This is a great property. It had everything we were looking for - nice, clean, and with great amenities. We hiked the creek and spent time on the dock swimming and using the kayak. The secluded location was good for us, so the kids could be in the water without worrying about boater traffic.
