"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

"Amazing view, ask for the 4th floor! Also please be aware that if you are staying here during their summer time that there is no ceiling fan, air conditioning and no mosquito net for the door/windows. Other than that we had an amazing stay and the their breakfast was pretty decent. "

"Dislike - Some mould in shower. Rooms may not have been attented to well as protests had caused lockdowns. Service by Carlos was great though - he let us leave bags there after checkout while we were at M Picchu."

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and lovely! "The shower was good. Do nog expect much as they provide the most basic necessities. Have to request for towels, hot water if needed one. There was no heater in the room!"

"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."

"When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place."
