"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...

"Lovely home that was located in a peaceful area and close to the beach. Rent a golf cart and you can ride around town, shop in the charming shops, and dine in restaurants. We had perfect weather everyday! Owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. Would definitely return!"

"We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. Unlike some other houses, this host has stocked many items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Especially in the kitchen, there were numerous staples provided for those who forgot or were unprepared. Games and activities abound, both inside and out. The only frustration was with all the remotes to the TV. Never did figure out the Bose speakers so just used the TV speakers. But we rate this a 10-star home:-)."

"Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! The list of "favorite features" includes fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen and bar, comfy beds, lots of great places to hang out and enjoy the view- dock, screened porch, sunroom. Best memory is catching blue crabs off the dock on our last day and enjoying them for happy hour. Was a wonderful visit and we will...
