"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Point! I love old farmhouses and this one was especially wonderful: lovingly maintained throughout and comfortably furnished. Updates to the kitchen and baths are so tastefully done. All the modern convenience while still in keeping with the style of the home. Beautiful! The surrounding property is lovely as well. "The house is huge and very comfortable. I'd say it needs a few improvements (we had a doorknob that keep falling and the couple would be locked in the room, the cloth iron was no good). Great amount of sheets and towels. It's not dar from Cape Charles beach. Communicaton with property manager was not good. "

"This cottage was perfect for a quiet, private spot to unwind and relax with the dogs. It is clean, exactly as pictured, and anything you could possibly need was provided. The water and private beach were very clean as well. If you don't want to cook, there are so many excellent food options nearby. "
