"This is a quaint and lovely place. The owners make you feel very welcome. The area is very quiet and there are buses next to the hotel. Best to drive there though. The breakfast was ample and taken in the patio overlooking the hills. There’s a pool as well. This place is Picture perfect. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay there. "

"Fantastic Bed and Breakfast , Ann & Frank are lovely friendly hosts eager to make your stay memorable. Good breakfast. Beautiful terrace with views down the mountain to the sea. Hot tub a bonus. Super spot for walking the 3 villages of Competa, Canillas and Archez and some great restaurant recommendations from the hosts. Will come again!"

"Me and my husband stayed in room 1 for 1 night and we were blown away by the great standard of La Vieja Botica. The room was excellent, loved the interior. The bed and the linen was luxurious as well as the towels. The host was so sweet and helpful in every way. We would very much recommend this place and would like to come again. "Excellent property, well situated at the south end of the Distrito Centro. After the terrific breakfast on site, then hang out at the rooftop pool looking out over the beautiful view, with a bar there to keep you hydrated :) If you do leave, quite convenient easy walk to anything you'd want including the beach and many, many, places to eat and drink. Professional staff are attentive, helpful, and keep the place spotless. Well worth choosing this hotel for your Malaga stay. "

"Great location. Modern and clean facility. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Love the body lotion provided in the bathroom. Spacious king size bed. Beautiful rooftop area. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel. A side note, I didn't really receive VIP benefits as a Gold member on Expedia. I think they forgot about it or forgot to check my info. I had to ask for the supposedly included bottle of wine for it to happen. Wish I should have just mentioned it when I checked in. I just made the assumption they knew about it. By then, I already checked in to a room so it was too late for a room upgrade. So, I learned my lesson, never make assumptions; better to ask and mentioned it before hand. Other than that, the hotel itself if truly fantastic."
