The lobby and restaurants have been tastefully decorated. From George at the front desk, Sidney in the lobby and Margaret in the bar the service was outstanding! Very interesting hotel with a wonderful history easy to navigate the city from here. The staff make all the difference here. "

"Quick overnight between flights that went perfectly. Contacted CS prior & confirmed we needed the shuttle on arrival & there was a rep with Crowne Plaza sign directing us to shuttle. 15 minutes later we were checked in & in our room. Entire staff were lovely & personable. Morning shuttle was on time & large shuttle bus had a trailer for luggage. Great stay. Recommend for the value."
