"Great hotel for an overnight stay in Nairobi. Sadly the pool wasn’t open while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose it. There was a mix up of rooms and it was sorted quickly without fuss. Food was good and service in restaurants great. My only quibble is when we asked for a breakfast box at reception (as we were leaving early the next morning) we were told to speak to the chef at the restaurant. We did, we asked for sandwiches. Next morning nothing was there. When we asked they said we could ask the chef again. When we did, we were told that we had to pay to have a breakfast box…. Lots of miscommunication and we ended up just making our own sandwich from the buffet (it was open at 5.45). Overall we would stay here again."

"I arrived using a walker and the reception staff was very accommodating and came to me, sitting in the chair rather than standing counter. Throughout my stay They were very responsive. They checked in to see how I was doing when I informed them that I was not feeling well. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond."
