"If you need to stay at an airport hotel in Nairobi, this is your place. I messaged for a shuttle and it was there on time even though our flight was early. It is a well kept hotel, beautiful room and delicious breakfast. We were waiting for a flight late the next day and got to hang out at their rooftop pool. It was a nice relaxing way to spend the day. They have a bar there and we ordered drinks and our lunch. We felt very pampered! Highly recommend!"

"Airport shuttle was included which was lovely, we just stayed at the hotel for 1 night before starting out safari. They have a cool restaurant on the 4th floor, food and drinks were good. DJ was great. Room was clean and spacious, would stay here again"

"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."

"Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items."
