"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!! "Very spacious apartement just outside the town Montottone. Lots of privacy, three bedrooms with en suite baths, convenient! The kitchen could be somewhat better equiped is my only ‘less positive’ remark. So we had a wonderful 3 days in Casa Tittie"

"Spent a beautiful week with our family, including 6 grandchildren celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary. Had their recommended chef cook for us 4 evenings which was a real bonus. Amazing food. Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."
