"Accueil chaleureux, charmant jardin et piscine comme sur les photos, mais il s’agit vraiment d’un logement en demi sous-sol, très humide et sommairement aménagé et peu pratique (la salle de bains n’est pas accessible directement, il faut passer par un couloir demi-extérieur avec un sol de béton brut). On sent de très gros efforts et une grande gentillesse de la part des hôtes, mais l’espace n’est pas très agréable et on entend le moindre mouvement des occupants du logement situé au-dessus....

"We had a great stay and the communication with Pedro was fantastic. He provided lots of tips for the area which made everything easier. The house is big and the kitchen is well equipped… it’s basically your home from home. .our daughter enjoyed the little pool and the room with the three beds was perfect for us :) We would stay again if we come back to the area in future. "

"The perfect location to relax while visiting many sites in the area. Quinta Mota II was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed, and the backyard and salt pool was incredible. From this location it is a short drive to the beach and many sites, we visited Obidos, Alcobaca, Batalha, and several beaches. And then returned for swim and a peaceful quiet nights sleep. Thank you Joao!!"

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, die Küche könnte ein kleines bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Vermieter sehr nett und entspannt. Wir waren die allermeiste Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück und hatten den Pool für uns. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke !!!"

"Very impressive villa, amazing grounds and pool, the villa is very clean, large windows with tons of natural light. It’s very well equipped, beautiful linens and lots of room for groups. We stayed as a family of 9 and it was absolutely perfect. We all loved the morning breakfast & delivery of freshly baked goods!"

"MEIO country house is extremely well-maintained and outfitted. We were a group of 12 adults, with 6 new ones swapping places with the original guests after 1 week. Clean linens were supplied and a housekeeper cleaned the rooms beautifully. The location has easy access to the train at Santarem and only 1 hour drive to Lisbon. "We used the house both as a great basis for journeys across Portugal as well as a leisure site itself. It perfectly satisfied both interests. "Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."
