The Breakfast was a 10/10, the food was even better than most of the local restaurants in the area. The staff was so thoughtful and helpful. We got the car service and it was so nice to just have a valet take care of everything for such an affordable price. The rooftop pool is luxurious and the indoor pool feels as warm as a hot tub. The gym was also wonderful to use. One of the things we really loved was the lighting in our room and in the space. The whole ambience is elevated and futuristic. I’m so grateful my wife and I decided to stay here…it’s a 5-star experience that earns every star. Huge thank you to the whole staff who made our stay unforgettable. The next time I return ti Maceió I hope to stay here with my kids!

The Venti Hotel in Maceió is overall a good hotel that meets expectations. The location is excellent, the pool area is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pleasantly air‑conditioned, and the lobby is also kept cool, but the moment you step out of the elevator into the corridor, the warm and humid air is quite overwhelming. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast is generally good, although it is noticeable that the kitchen and service teams are not yet fully coordinated. The complimentary champagne is a nice touch, but charging for sparkling water feels unnecessary. Each table receives a basket of assorted breads, which seems redundant for a buffet and leads to avoidable food waste; offering everything directly at the buffet, including a small self‑service drink station, would be more efficient. Personally, I did not enjoy the Croque Monsieur or the tapioca. A simple “Please clean / Do not disturb” sign in the room would also be helpful; on one day, we returned from the beach at 6 pm and the room had not yet been cleaned. Overall, it is a solid hotel with strong potential, and a few adjustments in breakfast organization, housekeeping, and corridor ventilation would make the experience even better.

Eu e meu esposo nos hospedamos no Venti no final de Julho e princípio de Agosto. O hotel abriu recentemente e é bonito, bem decorado e bem localizado. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis. Limpo e com bom serviço de quarto. Os funcionários são gentis e em geral muito solícitos. Tem uma vista maravilhosa, e um ótimo café da manhã. Próximo a restaurantes, praia comércio local. Nós só temos duas reclamações: no domingo, 02/08, tinha a maratona de Maceió e o serviço de café da manhã foi super caótico, nós ficamos mais de uma hora aguardando o nosso pedido e quando chegou estava horrível, meu marido nem comeu. Nossa outra reclamação é que esse hotel cobra pelos chás e cafezinhos feitos no quarto. Nós que viajamos o mundo inteiro, nunca vimos isso. Normalmente chá e café feito por nós no quarto são cortesia e não cobrados à parte.

Estivemos hospedados no Venti por uma semana agora em julho para comemoração aniversário. O hotel de uma forma geral é excelente! Novo, tudo impecável. Recepção linda, quartos super confortáveis (cama, toalhas, etc..). Piscina no ultimo andar linda e super confortável (existem 2, sendo uma aquecida - interna e outra externa - maior). Recepção mesmo em soft oppening eficiente. No dia do meu aniversario, recebi no quarto um bolo com uma linda mensagem. Serviço de quarto eficiente. O cafe da manha, incluso na diária, mesmo estando o hotel em soft oppening, acredito que deva melhorar. Me deu a nítida sensação que tanto os paes quantos os doces eram aqueles de resort do Caribe (sem gosto e sem expressão). Ou seja, fica aqui minha dica para que esses detalhes sejam melhorados pois, afinal, estamos falando de um hotel 5 estrelas. Como sempre digo: nao precisa ter uma infinidade de produtos e sim menos e com melhor qualidade. Outra dica: Um hotel 5 estrelas tem que ter uma governança, ou seja, aquela pessoa que fica no hotel observando tudo e fazendo tudo estar perfeito. Acredito que isto possa ser ajustado neste período para que ele decole com muita eficiência. Foram 2 obsercacoes construtivas para melhora pois no todo o hotel esta barbaro

Hotel excelente, novinho, equipe de funcionários extremamente bem treinada e prestativa. Gostamos de absolutamente tudo e queremos voltar. O quarto é muito confortável e limpo, além de espaçoso. Tem uma piscina à temperatura ambiente e outra aquecida, perfeito para qualquer tempo. Como sugestões, mas que não afetaram a qualidade da estadia, apenas reforçar a equipe do café da manhã, pois os pedidos acabam demorando um tanto a sair, e que colocassem mais lugares para pendurar roupas e toalhas nos apartamentos.

Minha experiência no Venti Hotel Spa foi incrível e superou minhas expectativas. O hotel é maravilhoso, os apartamentos são lindos, muito confortáveis e bem cuidados, com camas e enxoval de altíssima qualidade. O café da manhã é impecável, com buffet variado e um excelente serviço à la carte incluso na diária. A piscina aquecida na cobertura, disponível até as 22h, é um grande diferencial, assim como a academia 24 horas. O banheiro também merece destaque, com toalhas macias e um chuveiro excelente. Toda a equipe foi muito simpática e atenciosa. Estão de parabéns! Recomendo a experiência. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que o treinamento da equipe do café da manhã pode ser ser aprimorado, especialmente na organização e entrega dos pedidos à la carte, que tiveram demora exaustiva e alguns desencontros. Por estar em soft opening, esse é o momento ideal para esses ajustes. Também considero a diária de R$ 50 do estacionamento elevada e acredito que esse valor possa ser revisto.

De muitas visitas a Maceió, essa foi a melhor experiência de hospedagem entre os hotéis mais estrelados que conheci. Requinte, estrutura, conforto, atendimento impecável. A vista da piscina, a piscina interna aquecida, o serviço de bar, tudo nota 10. O hotel tem um café da manhã maravilhoso, além de opções a la carte que vc escolhe na hora e levam na mesa, sem custo extra. Conheci também a prática de abertura de cama, que achei fantástica. Nunca vou esquecer a estadia que tive no Venti Brisa Maceió.

O hotel é incrível. O que faltou foi agilidade nos pratos. No café da manhã, permanecemos por 55 minutos esperando o pedido para, ao final, o gerente avisar que haviam enviado o pedido para outra mesa e que iríamos reiniciar a espera. Obviamente não quisemos e saimos de lá sem o pedido.
