Tanto a roupa de cama quanto a de banho estavam bem velhas, amareladas. No quarto que fiquei, vazava água do ar condicionado no chao. A piscina não estava limpa para poder usar. Quanto as funcionários, todos muito simpáticos e solicitos.

O quarto não atendia a descrição do anúncio. Não se tinha privacidade entre os quartos laterais, a porta do quarto tinha uma abertura, a porta do banheiro não fechava. O banheiro não tinha nincho para guardar os produtos de banho e higiene. A água do chuveiro e da pia tinha um cheiro horrível, tomava banho e ficava fedida, por conta do cheiro da água. As toalhas e roupas de banho sujas, velhas e com mau cheiro. A cama tinha um buraco enorme. Depois da reclamação, mudamos de quarto no terceiro dia de estadia, mas ainda assim não era as roupas de cama e banho não melhoraram e o odor da água persistiu.
