Staff were extremely friendly and helpful to someone who does not speak much of the native language. My room was very comfortable, impeccably clean, and the facility was well taken care of. The location was perfect for ease of access to beach, dining, shopping, connection to tour services. The rooftop pool was a nice size and well laid out to have a little personal space in a very public area.

The only change that would make this place super amazing would’ve been changes in the Furniture to something more modern really needs an updete! The rug was falling apart in places TV is from 1980’s and some of the glue coming undone in the furniture pieces

Unfortunately, most of the time there was no hot water in the shower. At best the shower was warm in the morning but after this, nothing. The rooms do not irons and boards and also do not have any that can be provided so any clothing needs to be send externally even just to be ironed. There is a coffee pod machine and on arrival there were some coffee pods. These however were never replenished during our stay. Bath robes also provided but were taken and never replaced on the second day. Filtered coffee wasn’t bad and the bar man did a decent Caipirinha on the rooftop bar. Relative to other hotels in the city this one certainly shouldn’t be first choice. Maybe if they cut the room price by half. Choose Best Western Premier or even Mercure for a better service.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, the premium rooms have a great view of the ocean, the elevators works well and have plenty of space so you don't have to wait much and the security of the hotel it's pretty good as well, 3 guards on all times. Now the cons : The breakfast food it's decent but the service always missing cups for coffee or you have to go search your own forks, the coffee not much variety, the " cappuccino " or moka that's just a chocolate milk so it's that or black coffee. For the rooms, the water pressure was great in the shower but for the toilet, it was horrible, nothing more than water will pass through. I don't know if we were unlucky or it's the floor that we stayed in but the WiFi wasn't working at all we contact the service 4 times and no matter what they did or said it was disconnecting and reconnecting every minute due to lack of signal. The roof pool looks amazing in the photos, but it's definitely deceiving in reality, the water is gross, if you touch the walls they're going to leave you with traces of green goo and the deepness of that pool it's 1 meter. Other than that Maceio it's a great place to visit if you're searching a nice quiet clean water beach in Brazil.

O meu quarto estava com alguns problemas como: Colchão com buracos e características de velho,Sifão da Pia com vazamento, Box com vazamento e toalhas em péssimo estado. Com relação a equipe muito simpática, porém a Gerente da recepção não atendeu minha solicitação de mudança de quarto,pois alegou que não havia nenhum quarto disponível no Hotel no momento,ou seja, não resolveu o problema e disse também que somente no dia seguinte poderia me trocar de quarto, o que não aconteceu. No dia seguinte nem entrou em contato comigo.Com relação ao café da manhã bem variado,porém muito difícil para se conseguir os alimentos, como fila para Tapioca,pois o local é pequeno para o tamanho do Hotel formando fila na entrada para tomar café. Muito ruim! Hotel superlotado.O Hotel tem que tomar algumas medidas para melhorar seu café da manhã e melhorar a qualidade das toalhas utilizadas.

Necessita urgentemente trocar os colchões de alguns quartos. Tivemos que trocar de quartos por 2 vezes devido aos colchões estarem em péssimas condições de uso. O café da manhã é muito muito fraco para um hotel considerado 5 estrelas. Já fiquei hospedada no Hotel Mercure bem ao lado e o café da manhã e maravilhoso e é titulado por 4 estrelas. Justiça seja feita que os quartos frente mar tem linda vista assim como a piscina no último andar. Lindíssima paisagem frontal. Colaboradora Milena no check in foi muito atenciosa e gentil. Mensageiro maravilhoso destaque para Sr.Diogo que nos ajudou bastante durante a troca de quartos devido as condições dos colchões. Durante a estadia jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel. Comida boa e preço justo. Infelizmente a nossa estadia foi regular devido a falta de cuidado do hotel na condição dos quartos. No check in ouvimos reclamações de alguns hóspedes, solicitando troca de quartos devido as camas e colchões. Nem imaginamos naquele momento que íamos passar pelo mesmo problema. Esse hotel recebe grupos imensoa de pessoas o que acaba por dificultar o check in e o check out. Mas não comprometeu o bom atendimento da recepção. É uma pena o cafe da manhã ser tão ruim tanto na qualidade quanto na variedade de alimentos. Trocamos de quarto por 2 vezes e nos quartos em que ficamos os banheiros precisam de mais atencao na limpeza e ma manutenção. Principalmente os banheiros.

As cortinas do blackout não fecham, embora tenha acionado 2 vezes a manutenção, tentaram, melhorou um pouco, mas ficou com frestas que deixavam o quarto claro de dia e noite. No restaurante no cardápio tem prato que diz filé mignon, mas o que veio foi fraldinha, chamei o cozinheiro e confirmou que não era filé, no fechamento da conta apresentaram valores divergentes, a maior do que solicitado e servido. O estacionamento informava na reserva que tinha, porém foi cobrado 20 reais a diária. Por 2 vê.es. Embora solicitado, o quarto não foi arrumado, tivemos que aguardar quando retornamos do passeio. A cama, quando reservei dizia cama queen, mas tinha 2 camas de solteiro juntos.
