A localização do hotel é muito boa. O atendimento é ótimo, os funcionários são muito educados. As fotos da propriedade dão uma ideia de que ele é maravilhoso, mas você chegando lá vê que não é nada demais, mas é bem limpo, organizado. O que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, o espaço é pequeno e quente, falta variedade, e tem dia que faltou o básico como manteiga que falaram que estavam esperando entregar, a tapioca você pode pedir mas não recomendo, pois definitivamente não é boa.

Chegamos antes do checkin e eles conseguiram um quarto pra nós desde as 9 da manhã o que nos ajudou demais! O café da manhã tem opções prontas e também fazem tapiocas, omeletes e vitaminas, o quarto nos atendeu bem, eles disponibilizam toalhas de praia e estacionamento sem custo adicional, ficamos apenas um dia, foi tudo ok

As paredes são finas e o black-out da cortina não é bom, então entra muita luz qd amanhece o dia e a potência do ar condicionado é muito baixa pro tamanho do quarto, então não esfria. Sentimos muito calor na madrugada. O melhor do estabelecimento são os funcionários, todos simpáticos e atenciosos; em especial os da recepção, da limpeza e lady diana, da cozinha.

Muito boa localização na principal praia de orla de Maceió , atendimento excelente, ótimo custo benefício , somente a limpeza do banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar havia sabonete usado de outros hóspedes mais nada que afetasse a experiência.

Hotel simples, com bom atendimento e boas instalações. Pecam um pouco na limpeza do banheiro, mais especificamente do box. Local para café da manhã pequeno e apenas uma atendente para limpar as mesas e anotar pedidos. Essa atendente é a Leide, um destaque no atendimento do hotel, simpática, atenciosa e agilizada. Porém, seria necessário mais um funcionário para auxiliar nessa parte do café da manhã para agilizar o atendimento e limpeza das mesas.
