Good but not great

We were excited at first. Everything seems very good until when we were ready to sleep. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, someone talking, or even yelling. I got woke up a few times. The noise reduction needs absolutely improvement.

Even though we didn't arrive until the evening, our suite wasn't ready yet. At first glance, the suite looked clean, but on second glance, it was rather mediocre (see photos). The biggest problem: even though we explicitly requested a non-smoking room when booking, there was a strong smell of smoke. Unfortunately, standard rooms are connected to the suites, separated only by a door. Although the floor was non-smoking, someone smoked in that adjoining room and all the smoke drifted into ours. Absolutely unacceptable. The service was consistently very good, hence the stars; otherwise, it would be 1 star.

I stayed for three nights, we were upgraded to a lovely big suite, on our last night I fell sick and felt awful the next morning, my wife went to ask the staff if we could have an extra hour to checkout and they told us we could stay until 8pm to rest at no extra cost. All round the staff were helpful and the hotel was great. I would highly recommend.

Marvellous with one tiny flaw

Fabulous location and facilities, room was huge, lovely little touches everywhere (the maid even rolled up the power cables and provided a cable tie) great breakfast and minibar. My only criticism was the lack of a rosehead shower as the shower head was a little low for me.

I was really excited to finish up my Hong Kong journey with a one-night getaway to Macau before flying back to the US. Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Tons of space and great furnishings...BUT the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled like cigarettes. While I could have gone back to the front desk and requested a room change, I simply didn't want to deal with the language barrier.

室内が清潔でアメニティも整っていてとても良い、広い施設であり食事場所がわからいので飲食場所の分かりやすい案内図等を作って欲しい、チェックアウト時スムーズではあったが、スタッフが1人しかおらず、順番待ちに時間が掛かった。その他として中国系のホテルでは時々完備してある物では有るが、箱入りでは有るものの大人のおもちゃが置いて有る、1人旅やカップルは問題無いが綺麗な箱に入っているため子供連れの場合注意が必要かもしれません。
