"The rental was a great space for my parents, dog and I. We would wake and walk into town for our morning exercise, watch movies in the evening on the porch and rock on the front porch after spending the day out in town or checking out new spots. My mom couldn’t do the walk to town and walk downtown - so we still needed to park downtown for her. Luckily it was an ‘off’ season so we did t have to worry about parking! Lovely home!"

"Very nicely appointed lake house. Beds were cozy. Within walking distance to the chain ferry to get to downtown Saugatuck. Toilet on the top floor is not fully enclosed for privacy and bedroom windows don’t have privacy shades for changing clothes, etc. Other than that, would definitely return! "

"Cozy cabin in a nice region of Michigan, away from major cities but not too rural. Cabin was overall very clean, but there were a few spider cohabitors and many spiderwebs in various corners of the house. Nice if you are looking to getaway from the city. "

"The cottage was great and everything in it was well thought out. They have a great collection of DVD's, VHS, and CDs and even some craft kits for the kids. I have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked for guests, there wasn't anything they didn't have in the kitchen. Location is great, although it is about .5 miles to the gate to the beach now, they had to take out the old access. Still very very walkable. "First time in Saugatuck. Great place to stay. 10 minute walk into town. Multiple places to watch the river traffic. Owners were very responsive to questions."

" A group of us stayed here and absolutely loved the house and the property!! Host was communicative and understanding, house was clean. If you do not have a car just know you will need to carve out time to wait for Ubers/taxis! But this is worth it with the seclusion of the house :) would recommend to anyone!
