"Our air conditioning was leaking and on reporting to staff we were moved immediately to a new room, even though it was 1am. Room was clean,tidy and well decorated. The review is 4 stars not 5 due to location not having any amenities nearby."

"This was a side trip for the purpose of seeing the total solar eclipse. Not much around the hotel. Mainly an industrial area near the airport, and a shopping mall. Fairly good selection of restaurants in the mall, and a grocery/department store. 25 Euro taxi ride to Valencia Centro and locations of tourist interest. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is good, but doesn't vary from day to day. An in room refrigerator would have improved things greatly. Convenient to airport, but we were traveling by train. 20 minutes to train station."

"We had another fantastic stay and would love to come back. The service provided by Latifa was excellent. Since no issues arose at the villa, we didn't have the chance to test the service hotline, but we are confident that we would receive quick assistance there should the need ever arise."

"A very convenient and cheap pit stop for us as we stayed for the night before an early morning flight. Being next to the subway was great for transport links both to the airport and to Valencia for an evening meal."

"Very friendly staff on check in. Managed to get parking in the white box free parking after the hotel so that was very good. Only stayed one hight would certainly consider again if was in the area."
