If you're visiting the Costa Brava, you must take a boat trip along the coast from one town to the next.

I went from Calella to Tossa de Mar. The entire coastline is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen.

Once in Tossa, you can hike to Castillo de Tossa de Mar, an old castle which is remarkably well preserved. There are several restaurants and shops up there as well.

There is a patio and pool for relaxing and a beautiful ocean view. We loved the little shops in town as well to pick up our groceries. "La maison est très bien placée, la vue est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. A l'intérieur, la maison est grande et fonctionnelle (la grande salle du bas est très pratique) Par contre elle est sous équipée : manque de table à l'extérieur, manque de chaises, la vaisselle (poêles, grille pain...) très abîmée, et les meubles sont très vétustes. Les 2 lits enfants sont jusqu'à 8 ans à peine. C'est dommage, il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'elle soit parfaite!"

"This apartment offered lots of rooms for the two couples and a single that we traveled with. Everybody had their own space and we shared the single bathroom. Xavier was helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. He allowed us to extend our stay by a day and provided a secure place for our bikes on the ground floor (this apt is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow so no bikes up the stairs). The view over the river/waterflow area is wonderful and the little patio adds to the character...

"The room was small for 4 adults, but the huge deck was lovely. Comfy bed, large bathroom. The lack of parking when we arrived on a Saturday was frustrating, and we had to drive around to find a street spot. We didn’t eat there but enjoyed the restaurants nearby. We also didn’t use the pool, but that area could use some updating "
