"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair. "
